Permitted Use

Dropship Ad AI is intended for creating legitimate advertising and marketing creatives for dropshipping and e-commerce products, including hooks, ad scripts, image creatives, and video creatives.

Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use Dropship Ad AI to generate, request, upload, process, or distribute:

Sexual and adult content

  • NSFW content of any kind
  • Pornographic, erotic, nude, or graphic sexual content
  • Sexually suggestive content
  • Content intended for 18+, "uncensored", "no filter", "unfiltered", or similar adult purposes
  • Any content that sexualizes minors

Face manipulation

  • Deepfakes
  • Face-swap content
  • Face manipulation of real, identifiable people
  • Content that impersonates real individuals in a misleading way

Deceptive and harmful content

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising
  • False health, financial, or product claims
  • Scams, phishing, or malware
  • Harassment, hate speech, or content that promotes violence
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other third-party rights
  • Material you do not have the legal right to use

Illegal and regulated content

  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Content that violates the advertising policies of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms where you run ads

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all materials you upload, for reviewing every generated creative before publishing it, and for complying with the advertising rules of any platform you use.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, block or refuse prompts that appear to violate this policy, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
